Need help with E-Book Readers! Which one?

Okay, i’m looking to get an E\-Book Reader, but i don’t know which ones are good or bad. So please help!

it needs to be able to read e-books, display PDF files and play mp3 files. Also, i’m looking for a touch screen and a way to type notes. (And if it comes in different colours, that would be awesome- but not a pre-req.)

The Amazon Kindle 2 is the best. It doesn’t have touch screen, but it has all other functions you mentioned. It just has a price drop before Xmas, so you can get it at a very good price right now.
