I don’t have a wireless internet can I just use my computer to download ebooks from borders?
Then can I just use the usb and put the ebook I have downloaded to my computer right on to my kindle, nook, (or whatever kind of ebook I plan on buying)? Is that possible? Because I like to think you can since the ebooks I have seen come with a usb cord.
Well, if you just want to read ebooks on your computer, you can just download the amazon kindle for pc freeware application:

But I would personally recommend getting a 3g kindle. The 3g kindle requires no “wireless” connection setup since it just uses cell phone data (for free!). Therefore you can buy books right on the device and take them anywhere. Very easy to use.

Since the kindle screen is very natural, it’s way easier on your eyes to read on a kindle vs a computer screen, which is the main reason I recommend it. It’s also nice being able to carry them with you, if you travel etc.
