Kobo Ereader Problems

Ereader problem please help!!!!!!!!!!?

Okay I really wanted an ereader so i went out and got a Kobo Ereader im having so many issues Have any of you? How do u get ur free books? How do u get ur books on ur ereader from the computer?

I suggest returning the kobo and picking up an amazon kindle. You can sync via wireless, 3G or PC very easily.
