Velocity Cruz Ereader

which one Velocity Micro – Cruz Tablet T301 or nook color?

i am very confused on which one to get…i love surfuing the web and reading books and almost baught the nookcolor until i saw that you could not change the battery which means if it goes bad i have to send my Ereader back for them to fix it but it does have a more updated android ….any feedback would help
